DIRECTOR
I act for both buyers and sellers of technology products and services. Since establishing Clayden Law I have established a nationally recognised expertise in cloud services, in particular “software-as-a-service” (SaaS) agreements and reseller agreements.

ABOUT ME

Piers founded ClaydenLaw in 2010. Prior to that he was a partner at Manches LLP (now Penningtons), having trained and qualified as a solicitor with DLA Piper in the City.

During the course of his career, Piers has been on secondment in-house with large multinational companies such as Taylor Woodrow, Hasbro, Granada TV (now ITV) and Vodafone.

Piers is a regular speaker at public seminars and training courses and is an active member of the Society for Computers and Law.

Family life seems to hoover up what is left of time outside the office, but every now and then Piers does a spot of swimming, cycling and running (AKA triathlon) and he is an avid supporter of Wasps Rugby Club and England Rugby.
