CLaaSS: CLAYDEN LAW AS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
We have developed CLaaSS packages to help busy and fast-growing SaaS and other technology companies access and manage commercial legal services in a cost-effective and efficient manner with a fixed controllable cost budget.
WHAT IS CLaaSS?
Provision of legal services from experienced solicitors across all of our areas of expertise (1) in the following fields:
We can help with contract reviews and negotiation, drafting of terms and conditions, drafting policies, and general day-to-day data protection compliance issues.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
We have 3 different packages available for a fixed cost:
Standard: 5 hrs per month: £950 (effective rate of £190/hour)
Enhanced: 10 hrs per month: £1700 (effective rate of £170/hour)
Premium: 15 hrs per month: £2250 (effective rate of £150/hour)
Plus each of the following, depending on your package:
HOW LONG ARE YOU COMMITTED FOR?
Minimum 3 months commitment payable in advance.
If you pay in advance for 6 months you get 5% off the monthly package price.
If you pay in advance for 12 months you get 10% off monthly package price.
Overage – you can purchase additional batches of time in five hour blocks at the same effective rate to the package you are on
We can review your package at the end of each committed period and adjust according to your expected requirements.
THE SMALL PRINT
Fair use on phone calls – it’s for those quick queries rather than complicated lengthy advice.
There is no rollover of unused time and no refunds unless we are not reasonably able to do the work within the covered period.
Primarily this is aimed at day to day work; for one-off larger projects you can purchase further blocks at the effective rates set out above.
1. Please note “Notary Services” are not provided as part of CLaaSS, but can be arranged at preferential rates.
- 2. Only available if you sign up for 12 months minimum
