This new client was referred to us due to our expertise in SaaS workplace solutions.
The company has developed a proprietary software platform which can be used by organisations to define their desired culture, diagnose their current culture and track their progress in closing the resulting ‘Culture Gap’.
We assisted with developing a standard end user SaaS agreement, together with two types of reseller/partner agreements. We also helped with data protection compliance issues (particularly around advice on whether the company is a controller or processor).
Charlie Coode (CEO and founder) says:
“When looking to launch Culture15 I was keen to work with a specialist SaaS lawyer and was delighted to be introduced to ClaydenLaw. Piers and his colleague Louisa Taylor have really helped us draw up some clear and user friendly terms and conditions which we have already rolled out successfully to our customer base and channel partners. Any negotiations have gone quickly and smoothly and we are generating revenue way ahead of our expected timings. It’s been great working with the ClaydenLaw team and look forward to continuing to do so as we grow.“
