Bobcheck is a platform designed for recruitment agencies to help them track candidate employment history to see if they join the agency clients directly. We worked with Bobcheck Ltd to draft terms and conditions for use of the platform which would work with an overarching applicant tracking system provided by a third party. In particular we provided specialist data protection advice in relation to Bobcheck Ltd’s sub-processors which helped the company show clients that it was clear on and serious about its data protection obligations.
