Aeriandi approached us with regard to the provision of its proprietary cloud based platform (“platform-as-a-service”) to a Tier one mobile network operator. It was a particularly challenging matter concerning a number of extremely complicated areas concerning IP ownership and security of supply for the customer. The IP ownership was being provided through a reseller so the questions arise as to what happens if the reseller goes out of business.


We handled the major contract negotiation between the client against a large corporate in-house legal team. Our extensive experience in the IT industry meant that we were able to provide valuable assistance in relation to the sophisticated technology in question.
